Step 2: It will take 3 working days for the purpose of deactivating this service.

Step 6: Now click on the option ‘Activate’ for deactivating the broadband connection on a temporary basis via Safe Custody Mode.
Step 7: You will be receiving a confirmation message or either an email from Airtel stating that
Safe custody/Number locker facility has been activated on your Airtel Xstream Fiber or Fixedline number and your broadband connection will get deactivated on a temporary basis.
